If using broiler pan, lightly grease. If using roasting rack, place sheet of foil on rack and poke holes in foil to allow fat to drip off. Country style ribs fall apart easily so a typical rack is too wide to support meat.Discard garlic cloves. Rub the prepared rub all over the ribs. Then place ribs meat side up on rack.
