1. Preheat the oven to 190C/Gas 5.2. Cook the spaghetti according to the pack instructions, drain and set aside.3. In a large pan, spray with cooking oil, and gently fry the onion, and carrots. 4. Add the mince and cook until brown.5. Add the tomatoes, oregano and worcestershire sauce. Bring to the boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.6. Spray a large ovenproof dish with a little oil and then tip in the spaghetti. Pour over the bolognaise and lightly mix. Sprinkle over the edam and parmesan cheeses.7.
