Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned, 1.25 cup
2 cups 2% Cottage Cheese (not packed)
2 extra large Eggs

Here is how you make Baked Cavatelli:

1. Preheat oven to 400*F. 2. Set pot to boiling for your pasta. You'll want to use a large pot to do so because once the pasta is cooked and drained, the beef mixture, cheese, and bread crumbs will be stirred in.3. In another pot, brown your beef in the olive oil and then add peppers, onions, garlic, and drained spinach. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. If you prefer a little spice, add crushed red peppers to taste.4. Add Spaghetti sauce to the beef mixture. Let simmer until pasta is done cooking and drained. Place pasta back into its original pot.5. In the pasta pot, stir in cottage cheese and bread crumbs until well incorporated. Once well incorporated, stir in eggs gradually to prevent curdling.6. Add beef mixture to pasta mixture. Once well incorporate, transfer to a greased/Pammed extra large baking pan (11x14?). Even out the top and place into oven for 20-25 minutes.7.
