In a large skillet combine meatballs and pasta sauce. Season with Salt, Pepper, Italian Seasoning and Red Pepper Flakes. Cook over medium heat for 30 minutes. Prepare penne pasta per package instructions (add salt and olive oil to water)When pasta is done drain and then combine with the sauce/meatballs. Prepare a 9x13 baking pan with cooking spray. Pasta & sauce/meatball mixture into baking pan. Top with cheese blend.Bake at 425 for 15 minutes.
