3 cups shredded low fat mozzarella
4 tsp sugar

Here is how you make GW Baked Penne:

Cook pasta according to directions and drain well. In blender or food processor, combine undrained tomatoes, tomato paste, wine or juice, sugar, oregano, and pepper. Cover and blend until smooth, then set aside. In a large skillet, cook ground beef with onions until brown. Drain off fat. Stir in tomato mixture and bring to a boil; reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Stir in pasta. Divide mixture into 2 baking dishes and cook covered for 30 minutes at 375.
