Here is how you make Crusted Baked Pork Tenderlin:

Preheat oven to 350 degree FarehnheitPlace corn flakes in a gallon size resealable bag. Crush into smaller pieces. Add parmesan cheese and Ranch dressing mix to corn flakes and mix thoroughly.Dip a pork loin in egg substitute, then drop into the bag and "Shake n bake" to coat. Place pork loin in a baking dish that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Repeat for each pork loin.Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Flip pork over and bake for another 30 minutes.NOTE: You will have a lot of the crumb mixture left over. There is probably enough to bread 8-12 pieces total.
