Multi-grain spaghetti noodles1/2 raw onion chopped 1 red bell pepper chopped 1/2 c. chopped carrots 2 t. olive oil 1 can diced tomatoes 1 clove garlic minced 1 t. oregano 1 t. basil 12 oz. lean ground beef 2 c. shredded cheese (your choice) 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 c. water 1/2 c. parmesan cheese How Do I Make Linda's Baked Spaghetti?Here is how you make Linda's Baked Spaghetti: While spaghetti is cooking in boiling water, Saute' chopped vegetables in olive oil in large skillet. Stir into the skillet of veggies, the tomatoes & seasonings. Don't overcook vegetables because they will cook more in oven. Add raw ground beef to the skillet of veggeis and tomatoes and cook until no longer pink. When spaghetti is el dente' rinse in cold water.To get ready for the oven, layer your casserole by first placing half the spaghetti in bottom of large casserole dish. Scoop half the meat, veggie mixture over the top of spaghetti. Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded cheese over it. Repeat this layer again. Spaghetti, meat mixture, cheese.Mix the can of soup and 1/2 c. water together until thoroughly blended and then pour it over top of your casserole. Add parmeasn cheese to top.Bake in 350 oven, covered for 15 minutes.
