1 16 oz container of Ricotta cheese (part-skim)
1 lb of lean ground beef

Here is how you make Whole Wheat Baked Ziti:

First boil water and cook pasta for 7-8 minutes until almost al dente. While pasta is cooking, brown beef in a skillet, and in a sauce pot, heat jar of sauce until hot. At this time, when beef is cooked, place in sauce and mix until all beef is covered. Prepare 9x9x3 casserole dish by placing a little bit of sauce at the bottom of the dish. Next layer pasta, mozzarella, ricotta, and sauce until dish is full. Take the last of the sauce and cover pasta. Finally, use the remainder of the cheese and sprinkle on the top of the sauce. Place in the over at 375-400 and cook for approximately 40 minutes or until cheese starts to brown.
