In a large frying pan heat oil over medium-high heat. In batches, cook pork, turning occasionally, for 5 minutes or until browned. Transfer pork to casserole dish as it browns. Sprinkle flour over the pork and toss. Add the sweet potatoes, chicken broth, onions, wine, parsley, vinegar, half the garlic and 1 TBsp cumin; mix well. Cover and bake 1 hour. Stir in beans, 1 tsp cumin, pepper and remaining garlic. Bake, uncovered, for 15 minutes or until slightly thickened.
