Soak dried shrimp in hot water for 30 min.While shrimp are soaking, mix sauce (soy sauce, sugar & sesame oil) and blanch beans. Drain shrimp & mince, add to sauce.Heat 1 Tbsp oil in wok until hot. Add ginger, garlic, chili and stir-fry for a few seconds. Add pork and stir-fry until browned. Add green beans and stir for a minute, then add sauce. Reduce sauce and heat through.
