Stir fry half the garlic in a tbsp canola until golden. Quickly stir fry hald the pork with the garlic until just browned and set aside. Do same with remaining garlic and pork in another table spoon of canola and again set aside. Chop all vegetables into bite sized chunks. Stir fry onion in the last table spoon of canola until softened and fried. Add mushroom and continue stir frying until mushrooms slightly softened. Add remaining vegetables and the pork and stirfry for about 2-3minutes.
