Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.-Arrange bacon in a lightly greased jumbo muffin pan, with 3-4 pieces per cup. (An easy arrangement seems to be 2 pieces around the edge and 2 pieces making an X on the bottom. This forms a very sturdy 'basket')-Put the bacon in the oven for approximately 10 minutes (until the edges are crisp)-Combine the cream cheese and all spices in a bowl until smooth. Set to the side for now.-Brown the ground beef in a medium saucepan. When it's nearly done, add the cream cheese mixture and simmer until the consistency is uniform throughout.-Spoon half of the beef mixture into the bacon cups, pressing it firmly into the bottom so it holds nicely.-Add half of the shredded cheese on top of the beef.-Add the rest of the beef mixture, followed by the rest of the cheese.-Bake for an additional 10 minutes or until cheese is golden.-Let cool slightly before serving. Can hold well in the fridge for 3 days.Serving Size: Makes 6 servings in a Jumbo Muffin panNumber of Servings: 6Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user CALLEY141472.
