Here is how you make Barbecue Beef:

Put beef in Roaster, add onion & celery on top. Combine remaining ingredients & pour over top. Bake at 350* approx. 4 hrs. Check at 3 hrs and turn meat.When meat is tender, shred with 2 forks. Remove any fat. Add meat back into sauce. Serve on toasted buns. Leftovers can be frozen.*Add 2 tsp. of cornstarch to thicken, if sauce is not thick enough.
