Here is how you make Beef Braciole:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.Slice steak through middle, making two large pieces about 1/4" thick. Take meat mallet and pound meat until very thin. Salt and pepper.In bowl, mix bread stuffing, sauted celery, onion & garlic together with egg and herbs.Coat top of beef with bread stuffing. Roll beef up making two "logs". Use skewer or twine to close the roll. Take a large pan and put about 1 inch of water in the pan. Put a meat rack in the pan and place the braciole on the rack. Tent with foil and place in the oven.Bake for 45 - 60 minutes. Remove foil after about 30 minutes.
