Here is how you make Ground beef breakfast:

Preheat the broiler in the oven. You will need to use a pan which you can place in the oven, such as a metal handled skillet. Preheat a large skillet until it is very hot, then turn heat to medium. Add the ground beef to the skillet and lightly salt. Stir constantly so that the meat breaks up. Once the meat is cooked and beginning to brown, add the mushrooms, and onions. Turn heat up to high. Once the mushrooms and onions begin browning, add the worcestershire sauce and white pepper and stir vigorously. Turn heat down to medium and pour in egg whites. Stir just to combine, then spread the cottage cheese over the top evenly so that it completely covers the mixture. Sprinkle with black pepper. Place in the broiler. Slice tomato thinly and arrange on plate with 1/2 pita. Once cottage cheese begins to blacken in spots and top is crispy remove from broiler. Divide between two plates.
