1 medium onion (I used half)
garlic, minced
3 cups cooked white rice (I used 1 1/2 dry)
1 can cream of chicken (I used cream of mushroom)
1 cup 1% milk
1 C shredded cheddar cheese (I used 2/3 C)

Here is how you make Beef and Broccoli Supreme:

1. Preheat oven to 350. Grease 3 quart rectangular baking dish.2. Large saucepan cook broccoli in water. Drain.3. In skillet cook ground beef and onion until browned. Add garlic. Drain.4. Stirl beef, rice, soup, milk, cheese, salt and papper. Add broccoli. Toss til combined. Spoon into baking dish. 5.
