1-2 inches fresh ginger peeled & minced
or 1 TBSP ground ginger
1/4 C low-sodium Soy Sauce
2 tsp brown sugar
4 TBSP approx. Toasted Sesame Oil
2-4 cups low-sodium beef stock, or water
Sriacha to taste
3 C cooked long-grain brown rice
