How Do I Make Broccoli, Snap Pea and Beef Stir Fry?

Here is how you make Broccoli, Snap Pea and Beef Stir Fry:

Preparation:1. Approximately 24 hours before you're going to serve this meal, combine all the ingredients listed for the marinade in a bowl and whisk together. Cut the flank steak into strips that are approximately bite-sized. Place the meat pieces into a gallon size freezer bag, pour in the marinade, seal and toss to coat. Refridgerate and marinate overnight. 2. On day of stir fry, cut your broccoli into pieces and rinse well. Set aside in a bowl.3. Rinse your sugar snap peas and set aside in a bowl.4. Drain the beef pieces and set aside in a bowl.5. Combine the ingredients for the sauce in a small bowl and whisk together. Set aside. 6. In a large wok, put approximately 1 inch of water, turn the stove heat on to high and add the broccoli. Cook for 2-4 minutes until tender and bright green. Drain and set aside. 7. In the same heated wok, put approximately 1 inch of water, (still high heat) and add the sugar snap peas. Cook 2-4 minutes until slightly tender. Drain and set aside.8. Over high heat, add the olive oil to the wok and coat the cooking surface area. Place the beef into the wok and cook approximately 4 minutes on each side. You'll likely have to do the meat in batches. Once the meat has been cooked on both sides, remove and put on a plate, and cook the next batch.9. Once all the meat has been cooked, return the broccoli and snap peas to the wok and add the sauce you've prepared. Cook over medium high heat to warm the veggies and the sauce. Add the beef in, and stir to ensure it's all coated with the sauce and warm.10.
