2 cups chopped fresh broccoli
1 medium onion (2-inch diameter)
1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
1/4 cup red wine
1/2 cup water, divided.
1 teaspoon corn starch

Place sirloin strips in a shallow bowl. Add teriyaki sauce, ground ginger root, minced garlic and 5-spice powder. Toss to blend thoroughly and set aside.Chop broccoli, onion and red bell pepper and set aside.Heat olive oil in a deep skillet or wok over high heat until a drop of water sizzles when dropped into the pan. Add beef mixture, including marinade, and stir fry until beef is browned on all sides, about 4 minutses. .Push beef to one side of pan and add chopped vegetables.
