Here is how you make Ginger Beef with Broccoli:

Combine Marinade ingredients and add beef strips. Marinate while preparing other ingredients. In a small bowl mix cornstarch with water (slurry). Set asideHeat half of both vegetable and sesame oil in wok or large skillet over high heat. Pat marinade off of beef with paper towels.Cook half of beef in hot oil, stirring constantly for 1 minute. Put in a bowl.Cook the other half of beef with the remaining oil for 1 minute. Add all beef back into pan.Add scallions, garlic, remaining ginger and slurry. Cook for 1 more minute. Turn off heat and add cilantro. Remove from burner and serve immediately with steamed broccoli.
