In a large skillet with a tight fitting lid, heat the oil over medium-high heat; saute beef and onions until beef is just barely pink, but browned on all sides. DO NOT COOK IT ALL THE WAY THROUGH!Add broth and teriyaki sauce to the skillet; bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes, or until meatis cooked through.
