Here is how you make Shredded Beef Burritos:

To make shredded beef - Trim and discard all visible fat from 2 pounds of beef and place in 5-6 quart pan with 1/4 c. water. Cover and cook over medium heat for 30 minutes. Uncover and cook until liquid evaporates and meat is well browned. In a bowl, combine 3 tbsp. red wine vinegar, 1 1/2 c. regular strength chicken broth, 2 tbsp. chili powder, 1 tsp. ground cumin. Mix well and pour over meat. Continue cooking over medium heat until meat is tender and pulls apart easily (about two hours).
