How Do I Make Beef Cabbage Rolls?

Here is how you make Beef Cabbage Rolls:

Cook quinoa according to package directions. Cut out the heart of the cabbage, submerge in boiling water, peel 14 leaves off, allow to cool. Chop remaining cabbage mix with quinoa, egg, almond milk, onion and garlic powder, salt and pepper, and ground beef. Mix to combine. Divide meat mixture evenly between cooled cabbage leaves, roll, place seam down in bottom of pan with 1 cup tomato sauce. To make the sauce combine remaining ingredients, pour over rolled leaves. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes to an hour, or until done.Serving Size:?7
