32 oz Corned beef brisket
0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
1 cup Swansons unsalted beef broth

1 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce

How Do I Make Instant Pot Corned Beef and Cabbage?

Here is how you make Instant Pot Corned Beef and Cabbage:

Rinse brisket and pat dry. Spray bottom of instant pot insert with cooking spray place chopped onions into pot. Place brisket on top. Sprinkle with salt and Worcestershire sauce. Add beef broth and water to pot. Put on lid and set time for 85 minutes and manual or pressure cook. When time is up allow to sit for 10 minutes to do a natural pressure release. Then using the end of a wooden spoon, release the rest of the pressure. Remove brisket and cover with foil to keep warm. Remove onions from pot using a slotted spoon. Drain off liquid reserving 2 cups. Stir in potatoes and carrots and top with cabbage, Season with salt and Worcestershire sauce. Replace lid and pressure cook on high for 5 minutes. Once time is over do a quick release. Thinly slice corned beef against the grain and serve with potatoes, cabbage and carrots.
