Here is how you make Stephi's Ground Beef and Cabbage:

Brown ground beef with chopped onion and 1/4 tsp. garlic powder in a large skillet. Remove from pan, and set aside. Add canola oil to pan, then cabbage, and sprinkle with water. Cover and saute until crisp-tender, about 5 minutes. Return meat mixture to pan. Add caraway seed, Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 tsp. garlic powder, salt and pepper. Reheat all for about 3 minutes.
