I got this recipe from my mother in law to make for my new husband. It originally calls for cream of mushroom soup, but neither of us really mushrooms. I make so much because it makes really nice leftovers.Nutritional information does not include rice, since I have found everyone enjoys different portions. 1/2 can Campbell's cream of chicken soup
3 oz reduced fat sour cream
1/4 c Chicken Broth
1 tbs flour, heaping
pepper to taste
salt to taste

Here is how you make Beef Stragoneff:

Combine flour, salt, and pepper in a small dish and set aside.In another dish, combine sour cream, cream of chicken and chicken broth and set aside.Dice and saute onion for 5 minutes. Add in hamburger and cook until done, drain excess fat. Reduce heat to medium. Stir in flour mixture, let sit for 5 minutes. Then add sour cream mixture, mix until all combined.
