Makes 6 servings.In a dutch oven, preheat pan on medium low heat and coat the bottom with oil. Add chopped onion, and green pepper. Once they are almost browned, add garlic. After the full mixture is browned, add corned beef hash. Brown the full mixture, then add cabbage. Add water one tablespoon at a time. You only will add 2-3 tbsp. of water overall. This is to be sure that there is enough steam to cook cabbage. DO NOT USE THE FULL OZ. OF WATER.
