1 Tablespoon Sweet Chilli Sauce
1 Tablespoon Low Salt Soy Sauce
1/3 cup of Water
3 Teaspoons Cornflour
1 Tablespoon Dry Sherry (Optional)


How Do I Make Chinese Curried Beef?

Here is how you make Chinese Curried Beef:

1. Slice steak thinly, Peel Potatoes cut into cubes, Peel onions and cut into quarters, seperate each layer2. Heat oil in pan or wok, add potatoes and cook for 5 minutes or till just tender but still crisp. Toss occassionaly. Add onion and 2 tablespoons curry powder, cook further 2 minutes then remove from pan.3. Heat remaining oil in pan add steak cook till cooked through cooking both sides. Add potatoes, onion and extra curry powder and toss through for 2 minutes.4.Add combined satay sauce, chilli sauce, soy sauce, water, cornflour and sherry.
