Add garlic and onion. Cook until softened but not browned.Add cubed steak. Stir together and simmer a short while.Flavour with cumin, vegemite, stock cube, s&p if desired.Let cook for a little while (about 5 minutes or so).Add pumpkin, potato, kumara (carrots if wanted also).Stir in together. Cook for another 5 minutes.Then add curry paste... simmer a few minutes.Add coconut cream with a little water, if required.
