400g (1 Large tin) Cream of Mushroom Soup
350g (1 1/2 Cups) of Reduced Fat Sour Cream
3 fl.oz (6 tbsp) of Dry Sherry
3 tsp of Chopped Garlic (Can replace with Garlic Powder
4 tsp of Dried Mixed Herbs (Or Herbs to taste)
2 tbsp of Soy Sauce
Salt and Pepper to taste

Here is how you make Easy Minced Beef Stroganoff:

Brown the Mince in a large Pan or Wok (No Oil Required). When browned add onion garlic and soy sauce and fry for a further 3 mins. Now add remaining ingrediants one at a time and bring to boil.
