Here is how you make Beef Fajitas:

In blender, combine all marinade ingredients and puree til smooth. Transfer to a resealable plastic bag, add steak, seal and shake, and refrigerate for 2-4 hours.Preheat grill on high heat. Drain meat from marinade. Lightly oil grill. Season meat liberally with salt and pepper. Grill on med-high heat 4-6 mins per side. Transfer to cutting board and let rest.Once beef is off grill, add peppers and onions tossed with lime juice and olive oil. Grill 7-8 mins.
