Slice beef tip into cubes. Alternate beef tip cubes, bell pepper strips, cherry tomatoes, squash and onion on kabob skewers. Drizzle 1 tbsp on each kabob. (Can marinade 30 minutes)Place kabobs on grill. Cook for 5 minutes, then turn and cook an additional 5 minutes for medium rare.
