Here is how you make Grilled Guiness Corned Beef Sandwiches:

Slice the onion and saute for 6-7 minute in 1 tbsp oil. Add 1/4 cup of Guiness and simmer on medium-low heat for 15 minutes or until liquid is mostly gone. Repeat 3 times until whole bottle is used. Add 2 tsp worchestershire sauce and 2 tbsp dijon mustard to the onions and mix. Grill sandwiches with cheese, onion, corned beer, and another layer of cheese for 2-3 minutes on each side.
