Here is how you make Beef Hash:

In a large pot or skillet, cook jalapenos, potato, and garlic for 5 minutes on medium-high heat. Add in ground beef, cinnamon, and honey, and mix well making it a point to break up the ground beef and try to evenly distribute flavors. Cover and cook on medium heat for 15 minutes.
