Makes 20 1-cup servingsPour water into large soup pan. Add Johnny's Au Jus concentrate to water. Place carrots in water. Bring to boil over high heat.Meanwhile, place olive oil in frying pan, heat on medium heat. Add onions and celery. Saute in olive oil until slightly translucent. Add drained beef to warm. Saute 5-10 minutes. Add to water/au jus mixture.Turn down heat on soup pan to simmer. Simmer for 30 minutes. Then add remaining canned ingredients (draining first). Simmer an addition 20-30 minutes.
