Here is how you make Quick Indian Beef:

Spray a wok or pan with cooking spray, chop vegetables and slice beef into 1/2 inch to 1 inch pieces. Saute onion, celery and garlic until onions begin to get soft on med-high heat. add spices, stir to mix, then add beef. saute quickly until cooked medium rare, add remaining vegetables and canned tomatoes and hot oil to taste. Cook through until vegetables are tender. Serve over rice if desired.I use salt free canned tomatoes and chili oil instead of hot sauce. Use any other vegetables you have handly, peapods, cauliflower, etc, all work well.Also try this with chicken, shrimp or tofu.
