Here is how you make Red Lentil and Beef Sloppy Joes:

In a large pot, spray the bottom and when hot, add onions. Cook till soft. Add Garlic and saute for a minute, then add beef and cook till not pink. Add tomatoes, lentils, ketchup, vinegar, brown sugar (or sweetener) worcestershire sauce tabasco (if desired, I didn't use it) pepper and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes until the sauce has thickened and the lentils are tender.
