How Do I Make Beef Medley?

Here is how you make Beef Medley:

Dice onion and brown in pan with non-stick cooking spray. Add 1 diced carrot. After sweating the onions/carrot, add beef to mixture and brown until 75% cooked. Add diced zucchini and mix in. Cover and let cook for approximately 2-3 minutes. Uncover and add 1 can (drained) of diced tomatoes. Cook uncovered for 2-3 minutes and stir everything together to get good coverage.
