Here is how you make Oriental Beef Noodle Toss:

Brown ground beef, remove from pot and stir in 2 packets of flavoring from Ramen noodles. To pot add 4 cups of water, noodles & vegies. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer until done. Put ground beef back in and toss together. Can add more flavoring if you want, but can leave out if watching sodium.
