1 cup frozen mixed oriental vegetables
1 tin canned sliced mushrooms
1 cup chopped onions

1 cup cold beef stock
4 tbsp hoisin sauce
2 tbsp soya sauce (light if watching sodium intake)
1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 tbsp cornstarch
2 tsp sesame oil
2 tsp minced ginger root

Here is how you make Hoisin Beef and Pasta:

Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and place in serving bowl.In a small bowl, combine stock, hoisin sauce, soya sauce, vinegar, cornstarch, oil and ginger root. Stir until smooth and set aside.In large nonstick skillet sprayed with vegetable spray, saute onion and steak til browned. Add garlic, peppers, and mushrooms. Add frozen vegetables and sauce.
