combine the seasoning mix and water and oil and cover the steak with this mixture and marinade for a couple hours. Slice onion and pepper into stripsin a hot pan, put steaks in and cook over med-high heat until med rare. Remove the steaks from pan and set aside to rest.Add onions and peppers into pan and cook over medium heat. Slice up steak on the bias and add it back into pan. You may want to add a little water so there is juice. Cook for a few min until peppers and onions are a little soft.
