1 tbl vegtable oil
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp corn starch
dash white pepper

3 small tomatoes
2 med green peppers
1 med onion
1/4 cup chicken broth
2 tbl corn starch
2 tbl soy sauce
1 tsp sugar

2 tbl veg oil
1 tsp finely chopped ginger root
1 tsp finely chopped garlic

2 tbl veg oil
1/2 cup chicken broth


How Do I Make Beef, Peppers and Tomatoes?

Here is how you make Beef, Peppers and Tomatoes:

toss beef with first five ingredients and refrigerate for half hourcut each tomato into 8 wedges. Cut green peppers into 1 inch pieces. Cut onion into 3/4 inch pieces. Mix 1/4 cup chicken broth, corn starch, soy sauce and sugar.Heat wok. Add 3 tbl vegtable oil, garlic, ginger and onions. Stir fry until garlic is browned. Add beef, stir fry about 3 minutes until beef is done. Remove from wok.add 2 tbl oil to work and add tomatoes and stir fry 30 seconds. Stir in 1/2 cup chicken broth and heat to boiling.
