The original recipe calls for 2 real eggs but I've had good luck with the egg beaters. I also do not add the 1/2 teaspoon of salt.Combine beef, 1 cup Seasoned Croutons, tomato sauce, onion, salt (if desired), and 1 egg; press onto sides and bottom of 9-ince pie pan.Mix remaining croutons, egg, mushrooms, green pepper and cheese.
