Mean while put mince in large frying pan and dry fry, once cooked drain off excess fat. Chop onions and sweet bell peppers into small pieces, add to mince and gently cook until veg are soft. Add the soy & Worecestershire Sauce to the mince & veg along with 100ml of water, plus the gravy granules and stir till combined. Add black pepper and sea salt to taste. Leave to simmer for 20 minutes and stir now occasionally. Once potatoes are cooked, drain mash and add butter and milk until soft and creamy (no lumps) Put meat sauce in ceramic dish and level, add the mashed potatoes carefully and level over the meat. Place on baking tray at 180 fan over fir approx 25 minutes or until potatoes take on a golden colour. If you want a cheese topping, add before it goes into oven, but the cheese isn't calorie counted in this recipe. You will need to manually acvount fir the cheese.
