1/4 cup cooking oil

1 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. pepper

3 cups of chopped celery

1 28oz. can of LA CHOY Chop Suey Vegetables (or any Chinese Vegetables), drained

1 can Bamboo Shoots

2 tsp. sugar

2 cups water

5 Tbsp. corn starch

1/2 cup cold water

1/2 cup LA CHOY Lite Soy Sauce

2 Tbsp. Bead Molasses

Here is how you make Pork or Beef Chop Suey:

Heat the cooking oil, salt & pepper. Add the celery & meat. Cook for about 5 minutes. Then add sugar, 2 cups of water, drained chop suey vegetables, bamboo shoots & soy sauce. Cook for 10 minutes.On the side, blend cold water & corn starch. When well-blended mix in with meat & vegetables. Add bead molasses & cook for 20 minutes.This chop suey is great over rice.
