6 oz of sliced Portabella mushrooms - fresh
4 cloves of garlic

Here is how you make Beef Ribs with Potato and Cabbage:

1) Dice potatoes, cabbage, garlic and onion, slice mushrooms.2) Boil potatoes and cabbage (separately) until tender.3) While potatoes and cabbage are cooking lightly spray a frying pan with Pam or other cooking spray. Saute the onion, garlic and mushrooms together until lightly golden.
