1 1/2 - 2 cups veggies, chopped (I used broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini and mushrooms
1/2Penzey's FORWARD seasoning
1/8 tsp season salt (I used Lawry's)

Here is how you make Beef and Potatoes with Veggies:

Mix 1/2 tsp Forward seasoning into the burger, begin to brown on a medium high setting in a 10" skillet. Add pepper onion mix, saut? until most of the water cooks off. Add the potato slices. Sprinkle on the remaining 1/2 tsp Forward seasoning. Mix and saut? for 3-5 minutes (get some browning going). Reduce heat to medium, cover, and let cook for about 10 minutes. Mix in the remaining vegetables, cook for another 10 minutes or until the potatoes are soft. Sprinkle with 1/8 tsp season salt if desired.
