Here is how you make Sara's Famous Beef Potpie:

Preheat oven to 325. Cube Potatos, carrots and celery. Boil them until soft. Brown the cubed meat, seasoning to preferance. Place pie crust into pie pan. In the bottom of the pie first place your meat, then the vegetables ending with your gravy over the top. After everything is in your pie close it with the top pie crust.
