Bake in covered dish at 325 for 2 hours.(you could also use a crock pot). Leave the beef in oven (or crock) to rest with heat off. Mix mushrooms, onions, red bell peppers and garlic in frying pan and saute. Remove beef and serve on vegetables; add bbq sauce to taste.
