Here is how you make Beef Lo Mein:

Cook spaghetti until slightly al dente. While spaghetti is cooking, cut up beef into smaller pieces (want to be able to eat without cutting-bite-sized chunks). Slice or mince garlic. In a wok or large frying pan; spray pan with cooking spray & sautee garlic. Add meat & cook until just done (no longer pink in middle). While meat is cooking heat vegetables. Once meat is cooked, remove from pan. Re-spray frying pan or wok & add soy sauce. After draining spaghetti, add to pan & mix until thoroughly coated with soy sauce.
